Heritage Building Services LLC is owned and run by Doraneli Quiroz. The company takes janitorial contracts, medical and dental suites, post-construction handovers, floor care programs, day porter placements, and the move-out and turnover work that property managers need done on a deadline.

The name is not decoration. Heritage is what you leave behind in a building — the difference between a space somebody cleaned and a space somebody cared about. Every job is meant to leave that mark, which is a harder standard than passing an inspection.

We are deliberately small. That is a constraint, and it is also the product: a small company can put the same people in your building every week, can be reached directly by the person who signed the contract, and can afford to tell a client the truth about what they do and do not need.

Everything on this website has been confirmed by the owner. We do not publish a testimonial we cannot attribute, a service we do not perform, or an address we do not operate from. If a claim is not on this page, it is because it has not been verified yet — not because we were being modest.

How we work

We say no

If a job is outside what we do well, we say so and point you elsewhere. A bad fit costs more than a lost quote.

No surprise invoices

The scope is written before the first visit. If something falls outside it, you hear about it before the work happens, not after.

Twenty-four hours to make it right

Call within a day of any visit you are not happy with and we return and redo it. There is no form and no argument.

Get a real quote, not a guess.

Tell us about the space and we will come back with a written scope and a number. No obligation, and no pressure if the answer turns out to be no.
