A deep clean in Medina is usually scheduled around an event and coordinated with staff who already have their own standards. Our job there is to fit into an existing system rather than impose one — we take direction on products, order of rooms, and which areas are simply not ours to enter.

About Medina

Medina is a small waterfront city on Lake Washington made up almost entirely of large private homes, many of them with staff, security arrangements, and specific rules about who enters and when. There is almost no commercial property here, so most of what we are called for is a renovation handover or a floor surface that needs the manufacturer method — stone, hardwood, custom millwork, a great deal of glass — exactly the kind a generic product will damage before anyone notices.

What deep clean & sanitization covers

Commercial kitchen range being degreased, foam lifting built-up grease from the backsplash and burners

A deep clean is not a longer nightly clean. It is a different job: inside the appliances, behind the fixtures, the tops of partitions and door frames, the grout, the vent covers, the baseboards nobody has looked at since the space was painted.

Facilities book this after an illness runs through a staff, before an inspection or an audit, at the start or end of a lease, after a renovation, or when a building has quietly accumulated a year of ordinary use. It takes two to three times as long as a routine visit, and it is the honest starting point for a janitorial contract on a space that has been neglected.

Sanitization is quoted with it or without it. When it is included we use EPA-registered disinfectants applied for their full contact time and tell you which product went where, because a disinfection claim that cannot be named is not a claim worth paying for.

Ideal for

  • New accounts before a recurring janitorial contract starts
  • Facilities that have not had a deep clean in a year
  • Post-illness or outbreak sanitization for a staff or client area
  • Pre-inspection, pre-audit, and pre-handover resets
  • Landlords and property managers preparing a space between tenancies

What's included

  • Everything in a routine clean, done slower and closer
  • Appliance interiors in break rooms and staff kitchens on request
  • Cabinet fronts, door frames, partitions, and switch plates
  • Baseboards, window sills, and reachable vent covers
  • Tile and grout scrubbed in restrooms and kitchens
  • Behind and under movable furniture and equipment

Common questions

How long does a deep clean take?

It depends on square footage and how long it has been. A small suite that is generally maintained might take four to six hours; a facility that has never had one can take a full day or more. We give you a realistic window after walking the space, not before.

Do we need a deep clean before starting a janitorial contract?

Usually, but not always. If the space is already in good shape we will start you on the routine schedule and save you the cost. We would rather hold an account for three years than win it with one oversold first invoice.

Is disinfection included or extra?

It is quoted as its own line so you can see what it costs and decide. Where it is included we apply EPA-registered disinfectants for their full dwell time and document which product was used where.

Can a deep clean remove hard water stains and old grout discoloration?

Often, substantially. Not always completely — mineral etching in glass and grout stained for years may improve without disappearing. We tell you what to expect before we start rather than after.

Tell us about the space and we will come back with a written scope and a number. No obligation, and no pressure if the answer turns out to be no.
